Recipe: Carrot Raita

A quick side salad for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
2 large carrots, grated
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Cardamom
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
Serves: 2

Instructions:
Grate carrots in a bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill.
